Shipping Policy

Free shipping to the United States on orders over $40. In-stock orders placed on a business day are typically handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates at checkout are targets, not guarantees.

We ship HyperDrive docks and hubs, HyperJuice chargers and power banks (including lithium battery products cleared for the selected destination), HyperSpace gear, cables, and HyperPack accessories.

International

International orders may use express carriers. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility. Carriers may not deliver to PO Boxes.

Tracking and issues

You will receive tracking when the label is created. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email support@hypers-shop.com with your order number and photos so we can open a carrier claim or arrange a replacement where appropriate.
